Iain James Iain joined the cargo surveying profession in 1986 having spent the first part of his career seafaring with P + O and the China Navigation Co. After serving for six years with a leading UK cargo surveying, joined Marker & Eccles Ltd as a director in 1992. Brian Bolger Brian joined the cargo surveying profession in 1976 and after working as a cargo surveyor for three companies, two being leading UK practices of underwriters surveyors and the third a Middle East based Lloyd’s Agency joined Marker & Eccles Ltd as a director in 1999.
